    How difficult is the Mt. Kailash trekking? expand_more

    The Kora is physically demanding due to the high altitude (up to 5,630m at Dolma La Pass). You should be in good physical condition and have some hiking experience. Yaks or horses are available for rent for personal use or luggage.

    What is the accommodation like in the Kailash region? expand_more

    Accommodations in Darchen and during the trek are basic guesthouses. Facilities are simple, often with shared toilets and no running water in rooms. It's part of the authentic pilgrimage experience.
